Our Services:
- We provide several Internet-based services through the Website (all such services, collectively, the “our Services”), including without limitation training and materials for you to develop and promote your business. We reserve the right to add, change, and/or delete content and/or services from the Website and/or our Services from time to time.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us (contact@husaacademy.com), with your request and reason for cancelling. Account cancels require a minimum of 24 hours lead time.
- You agree to pay, and authorize automatic recurring billing of, any applicable fees with your credit card, or other payment methods, until subsequently cancelled. You understand and agree that each automatic recurring billing of any fees are not refundable and will not be prorated.
- We reserve the right to change the respective fees from time to time.
- When sites are suspended, IPs are blacklisted, due to use of bad plugins, updates not being performed, spamming, etc., we are not liable and no monetary compensation will be made.
Use of Husa Academy website and services:
- This Site and the Services are available only to Users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are (i) at least eighteen (18) years of age, (ii) otherwise recognized as being able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and (iii) are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the Services found under the laws or other applicable jurisdiction.

Fees and Payments:
You acknowledge and agree that your payment will be charged and processed by Husa Academy.
You agree to pay all prices and fees due for Services purchased or obtained at this Site at the time you order the Services.
Husa Academy expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without the need for further notice to you.
Compliance with local laws:
Husa Academy makes no representation or warranty that the content available on this Site is appropriate in every country or jurisdiction, and access to this Site from countries or jurisdictions where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users who choose to access this Site are responsible for compliance with all local laws, rules and regulations.
Husa Academy Affiliate Program:
Earn 15% affiliate commission with every successful referral.
Get paid every month: Payments are made on time monthly via PayPal, Stripe and cash.
Third-party referral fees:
We may receive an affiliate commission when you purchase some of the products and/or services that we recommend on our Website and/or Services. By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge that you have been informed of such payments, consent to payments of affiliate commission to Husa Academy, and that such payments are fair and reasonable.

Refund Policy
There are several products and services available that have differing values, membership periods, and subscription terms. In general all digital products and services sold are non refundable. We will only refund if we have been unable to do our scope of the work assigned.
